As a player for the Lady Bucs (1999-2004), Condra finished her career as the leading scorer in school history (1,506). She also finished her career first in CBU history in three pointers (367) and three point percentage (38.6) Her 367 career three pointers rank first in GSC history, seventh in NCAA Division II history and 23rd in All NCAA division. For her efforts, she was also named to the GSC All-Decade team.
Condra departed CBU, after nine seasons, as the second-winningest women's basketball coach in program history. Condra helped lead the Lady Bucs to 86 victories, including four trips to the Gulf South Conference Tournament. Condra also had four players earn All-GSC honors.
