Final Stats

Memphis, TN - The Christian Brothers University Lady Buccaneer soccer team dropped to 0-6 in the Gulf South Conference falling to Montevallo on the road, 5-0 tonight.

CBU (1-8-2, 0-6, GSC) held a 2-0 advantage in corner kicks at the half and was out shot just 5-2 going into the break. However the Falcons held a 9-1 advantage in shots in the second half.

UM (5-5-3, 3-3 GSC) scored twice in the first half and three times in the second. Stacy Balaam had four assists for Montevallo.

Rachael Valenzuela had two shots, including one on goal. Kate Miller added a shot of her own.

The Lady Bucs will be back in action traveling to Delta State this Sunday, October 16 for a 1 p.m. start.
