In a game that featured seven ties and 13 lead changes, Nigh's jumper put the Lady Bucs (5-1) ahead for good, and they put it away as junior forward Crystal Shelton (Nashville, Tenn. (Hume-Fogg HS) and junior guard Kat Butler (Nashville, Tenn./Brentwood HS) made two free throws each to put away the Lady Falcons (2-4) in the final seconds.

Shelton added seven rebounds to her game-highs of 18 points and four blocks, as she made all eight of her free throw attempts. Butler scored 13, while Nigh added 11. Senior center Ponecia Anderson (Bartlett, Tenn./Bolton HS) grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds with four assists.
