JACKSON, Tenn.--The Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs swept a doubleheader at Lambuth Sunday afternoon, winning 1-0 in the first game and 7-5 in the second.

Freshman Stephanie Keaton (Collierville, Tenn./Collierville HS) delivered the big blow for the Lady Bucs (4-0) in the first game in the fifth inning. Lauren Hearn (Millington, Tenn./Millington HS) drew a walk, and Keaton doubled her home.

Keaton's double was CBU's only hit, but sophomore pitcher Nikki Dunn (Southaven, Miss./Southaven HS) threw a three-hit shutout and struck out 13 batters while allowing just one walk. Keaton finished 1-for-2 and was hit by a pitch in the first game.

In the second game, Keaton went 3-for-3 with two stand-up triples and a single, helping the Lady Bucs take the 7-5 victory over the Lady Eagles (0-4). Kallie McFatter (Mansfield, Texas/Summit HS) earned the complete game victory for the Lady Bucs. McFatter and Dunn are both 2-0 on the season.

The Lady Bucs will be back in action Tuesday night as they face Crichton in a doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m. at Tobey Park.
