Final Stats

MOBILE, Ala.--The Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs earned a 4-1 win over Eckerd (Fla.) Sunday afternoon, moving to 3-0 for the first time since 2002.

Senior midfielder Francesca DeRanzo (Columbia, Tenn./Columbia Central HS) put the Lady Bucs on the board first when she scored an unassisted goal in the eighth minute.

Junior forward Courtney Robertson (Cincinnati, Ohio/McAuley HS) scored back-to-back goals in the first half to give CBU a 3-0 cushion at the break.  She scored unassisted in the 23rd minute, and she scored again in the 36th minute, assisted by junior forward Nicole Evans (Rugby, England).

Sophomore midfielder Colleen McDaniel (Cullman, Ala./Cullman HS) finished the scoring with her second goal of the year, assisted by Robertson.

The Lady Bucs will be off for over a week before returning to the field Wednesday, Sept. 12, against Missouri Baptist at 5 p.m.
