MEMPHIS-The Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs posted the second-highest hitting percentage in school history Tuesday night, hitting .436 as they swept LeMoyne-Owen.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• After LOC (3-14) struck for an early 4-0 lead in the opening set, the Lady Bucs (8-9) answered with a 7-1 run to regain the lead for good, leading by as many as 11 at 22-11 on a
Mollie Wadsworth (Hernando, Miss./Northpoint Christian HS) kill before winning 25-15.
• CBU jumped to early leads of 3-0, 5-1 and 10-3 in the second set, pulling away for a 25-10 win as they hit .483 for the set.
• The Lady Bucs hit .517 in the third set, taking early leads of 10-3 and 15-4 as they pulled away to a 25-13 win to clinch the sweep.
KEY STATS:

Emma Lenoir (Chattanooga, Tenn./East Hamilton HS) hit .625 with 11 kills and seven digs.
•
Miaya Smith (Memphis, Tenn./St. George's Independent School) hit .643 with 11 kills and two blocks.
• Wadsworth hit .467 with eight kills and two digs.

Alexa Henderson (Prairie du Sac, Wis./Sauk Prairie HS) dished out 19 assists with five kills, four digs and two aces.

Anna Graziosi (Lakeland, Tenn./St. Benedict HS) had 15 assists, five digs and two aces.

Blythe Clausen (Hendersonville, Tenn./Pope John Paul II HS) racked up four aces with four digs and a kill.
NOTABLE:
• CBU's .436 hitting percentage is second-best in a match in school history, trailing only the .520 they hit in their season-opening win over Maryville. CBU's top three hitting percentages in school history have all come this year as they hit .434 in a win over LOC Sept. 8.
• CBU served a season-high 14 aces.
