Box Score MONTEVALLO - The Christian Brothers University Volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision at Montevallo, on Saturday afternoon. Three different Lady Bucs finished with double digit kills in the contest.
CBU 0, UAH 3 (16-25, 22-25, 25-22, 24-26)
WHAT HAPPENED: For the entire match, the trend seemed to be whichever team recorded the first point of each set went on to be the winner. Montevallo scored the initial point in the first, second and fourth sets, while CBU got on the board first in the third.
KEY STATS:
- Three Lady Bucs finished the match with double-digit kills. Emma Lenoir led the way with 14, Miaya Smith and Mollie Wadsworth recorded 12 apiece. Lenoir has recorded double digit kills in six consecutive matches.
- Lenoir made the most out of her attacks as she finished with a .371 hitting percentage.
- Montevallo recorded six successful blocks, while CBU finished with two.
