PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Christian Brothers University volleyball team dropped a hard-fought 3-0 decision to West Florida, on Friday, at UWF Field House.
West Florida 3, CBU 0 (25-15, 25-8, 25-13)
WHAT HAPPENED: UWF recorded 42 kills with a .471 hitting percentage, while holding the Lady Bucs to a -.083 hitting percentage.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In the opening set, the Argonauts jumped out to an early 7-3 lead and used a late 11-3 run to take the set.
- In the second set, West Florida used a .944 hitting percentage to take the set 25-8.
- The Argonauts opened the deciding set on an 18-6 run and took advantage of 11 CBU errors to earn the sweep.Â

- Kolbi Reed led the Lady Bucs with five kills.
- Aldon Pilz finished with 10 assists.
- Kimmy Hammond finished with five digs and three aces.
