DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Embry-Riddle used a late 22-3 run to defeat the Christian Brothers University women's basketball team 79-65, on Saturday afternoon, at the ICI Center.

Emily Jones, 25 points and 12 rebounds, and Yaya Coleman, 18 points and 11 rebounds, recorded double-doubles in the contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Eagles forced eight CBU turnovers, and held the Lady Bucs to 4-of-14 shooting to take a 26-11 lead after the first quarter.
• The Lady Bucs answered back in the second, outscoring the Eagles 34-16, to take a 45-42 lead into halftime. CBU shot 53% from long-range in the opening half.
• In the third quarter the Lady Bucs led by as many as seven, but ERAU cut the lead to 58-55 going into the final quarter.
• With 6:33 left, Bailey Cummings hit a layup to give CBU a 62-57 lead.
• Embry-Riddle closed out the game on a 22-3 run to complete the comeback win.

KEY STATS | NOTEABLES:

• Emily Jones finished 7-of-18 from the floor, and recorded her second career double-double. 
• Yaya Coleman finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Coleman has recorded a double-double in both games. 
• The Lady Bucs were outscored 24-7 in the fourth quarter.
