CLEVELAND, Tenn. - No. 1 seed Lee scored a goal in the 26th minute, and held on for a hard fought 1-0 win over the No. 4 seed Christian Brothers University women's soccer team, in the second round of the Gulf South Conference Spring Championship Series Tournament, on Sunday afternoon, at the Lee Multi-Sport Complex.
Lee has allowed just one goal in its last four matches.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
26' | After an action packed opening 25 minutes that saw seven combined shots, Lee scored what proved to be the winner when they took advantage of a turnover at midfield, and saw Ruth Edrington send home a cross from Ellie Crisler.
HALFTIME | Lee finished the opening half with a 12-3 advantage in shots.
56' | CBU had one of its best chances of the match when
Bailey Tadlock raced down the right side, and dribbled past a defender but saw her powerful shot saved by the Lee goalkeeper.
71' | The Lady Bucs had another chance 15 minutes later, when Tadlock's free kick, from just outside the box, went just over the crossbar.
