Raquel Amaro, of the Christian Brothers University women's tennis team, knocked off the No. 1 ranked player in NCAA Division II women's tennis, Berta Bonardi, but it wasn't enough, as the Lady Bucs suffered a 4-1 setback against West Florida, on Saturday afternoon, at Windyke CC.
The Lady Bucs are now 10-2 overall, and 5-2 in Gulf South Conference action.
