Huntsville, Ala- The Christian Brothers University women's soccer team erased a 1-0 halftime deficit to earn a 3-1 victory over Alabama Huntsville, on Friday afternoon, at Charger Park.

The contest was the fourth of the 2021 Gulf South Conference Spring Championship Series.

30' | The Chargers got on the board first, when a corner kick by Gabby Westenberger led to a goal by Carmen Endicott.

47' | CBU equalized just after halftime, when Anna Della Rosa slammed home a perfectly placed cross from Bailey Tadlock.
58' | Tadlock scored what proved to be the match-winner after she finished a cross from Mya Gargone.
69' | Amanda Dutra finished the match in the 69th minute after connecting from a corner kick by Madison Pierski.

• The goal for Della Rosa marked a personal milestone, as it came 26 months after being diagnosed with leukemia.
