Smith, Tadlock Help Lead Lady Bucs to Win Over Montevallo

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Second half goals by Cheyenne Smith and Bailey Tadlock, along with a clean sheet from goalkeeper Riley Chafin, helped lead the Christian Brothers University women's soccer team to a 2-0 win over Montevallo, on Friday, at Signaigo Field.

The match was the first for Lady Bucs at Signaigo Field since playing in the GSC Championship Series on March 12.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
HALF | An evenly played opening 45 minutes finished without a goal. Montevallo finished the first half with a 4-3 advantage in shots.
58' | Smith launched a powerful shot from well outside of the box, from the left side, that found its way into the top right corner. 
74' | Tadlock added an insurance goal for the Lady Bucs as she scored off a pass from.
FINAL | CBU held the Falcons to just one shot over the final 20 minutes.
