The Blazers used a big 3rd inning to help get the run-rule win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
· VSU had an 10-5 advantage in hits.
· Summer Alexander led the way going 2-3 with a homerun and 2RBIs.
· Riley Simpson also had a homerun and an RBI.
KEY PLAYS:
VSU went up 3-0 in the first inning.
The Blazers made it 4-0 in the bottom of the second on a solo homerun.
The Blazers plated 5 more in the third to make it 9-0.
Alexanders and Simpsons homeruns made it 9-3 in the 4th.
