LIVINGSTON, Ala. – Christian Brothers University battled West Alabama to a 0-0 draw Thursday evening at the UWA Track and Soccer Complex, behind a strong defensive effort and a seven-save performance from goalkeeper Kaylee Allen. The draw moved CBU to 1-7-2 overall and 0-4-2 in Gulf South Conference play.

CBU generated eight shots of its own, including five in the second half. Sarah Elliott finished with two shots and put one on goal, while Mack Campbell also recorded a shot on target.
The Buccaneers continued searching for the winner late. CBU produced four shots over the final five minutes, with Campbell forcing a save with just three seconds remaining in regulation.
