Memphis, TN- Lee University earned the win over Christian Brothers University on Saturday night.
Christian Brothers stayed close early. The teams traded baskets in the first quarter, and CBU kept it within reach through the opening minutes. Lee gradually built momentum in the second quarter and carried that into the second half.
Christian Brothers finished with 32Â rebounds and showed effort on the glass throughout the game.
Lee found its rhythm offensively in the second half and created separation to secure the victory.
CBU will look to build on its rebounding effort and continue competing as conference play moves forward.
