She compiled a 185-175 career record while guiding the Hawks through a transition from NCAA Division III to Division II. She posted a 78-8 career record in five seasons of CIAA play, winning four division championships and two conference championships, reaching the NCAA Atlantic Regional twice.
Balduf was a four-year starter at Tiffin University in Tiffin, Ohio. After graduating, she served a year in AmeriCorps in Kentucky, where she also worked as a volunteer assistant coach at the University of Kentucky.
