Sarah Condra is in her sixth year as head coach of the program she starred for as a player from 1999-2004, setting nine school records in the process.
Condra's teams have featured intense defense, regularly ranking among the national leaders in field goal percentage defense. Her 2013-14 team went 15-13, and their fourth-place finish in the GSC was the program's second-best since joining the conference. She has coached three All-GSC players and two Academic All-GSC players.
Condra's first recruiting class featured Breanna Ridgell, who set school career records with 1,553 points, 200 steals and a .789 free throw percentage.
Condra spent the 2009-10 season as assistant coach with the Lady Bucs, helping them to the GSC quarterfinals.
As a senior captain, Condra led the Lady Bucs to a GSC West Division title and the school's first-ever NCAA Division II South Regional berth.
Condra graduated as CBU's all-time leading scorer with 1,506 points. She also ranks first all-time in three-pointers made and attempted as well as three-point percentage. She holds the top four seasons in school history in threes made.
Condra ranks sixth in NCAA history and third in Division II in career three-pointers made, and she is 10th in career three-pointers per game. As a junior, she led the nation with 102 three-pointers in 26 games, ranking 15th in Division II history in three-pointers per game.
A two-time All-GSC performer, she holds two of the top three seasons in GSC history in three-pointers made as well as the top spot in career three-pointers.
Before CBU, Condra played at Munford HS, where she was a two-time All-District player.
