Christopher Tadley | Head Women's Soccer Coach

Christopher Tadley enters his first season as head coach of the Christian Brothers University women's soccer program in 2026, bringing championship experience and an extensive background at the NCAA Division I and Division III levels to Memphis.

Tadley took over a CBU program that finished the 2025 season 2-13-1 overall and 1-11 in Gulf South Conference play. His first victory as a Buccaneer came on Aug. 29, 2026, when CBU erased a halftime deficit by scoring three second-half goals to defeat King University, 3-2. The Bucs outshot King 19-7, including a 14-1 advantage in the second half, to secure Tadley's first CBU win.

Before arriving at CBU, Tadley spent two seasons as head women's soccer coach at Carroll University. His first season in 2024 was a historic one, as he guided the Pioneers to an 11-4-3 overall record and a perfect 8-0 conference mark, capturing the first CCIW regular-season championship in program history. Carroll advanced to the CCIW Tournament championship match before falling in overtime.

During that championship season, Tadley coached six All-CCIW selections, including CCIW Goalkeeper of the Year Caitlin Fitzsimons. Four players earned All-Region recognition, six were named CSC Academic All-District and one earned the CCIW Elite 26 Award. Carroll finished 5-6-5 during Tadley's second season in 2025.

Before Carroll, Tadley spent two seasons at the University of Wisconsin, working with goalkeepers while assisting with scouting, recruiting, game-model development and video analysis. During his time with the Badgers, he helped coach two All-Region and All-Big Ten selections along with two Big Ten All-Freshman honorees.

Tadley also has ties to the Memphis soccer community, having previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Memphis. His collegiate coaching résumé also includes Lehigh University and Albright College. Tadley served as the men's soccer head coach at Albright from 2016-18.

A former collegiate student-athlete, Tadley was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter at Albright. He served as a team co-captain during his senior season and was a three-time MAC Commonwealth Honor Roll selection and three-time conference Player of the Week.

Tadley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albright in 2012 and a Master of Science in Special Education in 2017. He also holds a USSF National C License.
