In the opener, the Lady Bucs (8-9) jumped to an early 8-3 lead and withstood a UAPB (2-11) rally that pulled the Lions within 20-19 before the Lady Bucs finished it off for a 25-20 win.  The Lady Bucs cruised to a 25-11 win in the second set and pulled away for a 25-15 win in the final set.
