Box Score HENDERSON, Tenn.—Host Freed-Hardeman edged the Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs in five sets to snap CBU's winning streak at four matches Tuesday night.

The Lions (1-0) won 25-19, 22-25, 25-18, 21-25, 15-13 in a nip-and-tuck match.

Lizzie McLean (Munford, Tenn./Munford HS) led the Lady Bucs (4-1) with 17 kills and a .467 hitting percentage.  Hailey Gillis (Corpus Christi, Texas/Carroll HS) added 10 kills, while Kelsey Miles (Cordova, Tenn./St. Benedict HS) dished out a season-high 52 assists.  Corinne Doder (St. Louis, Mo./Cor Jesu Academy) collected 22 digs, while Kelly Nolan (St. Louis, Mo./Rosati-Kain HS) added 12.

The Lady Bucs return to the court Friday morning in the Nova Southeastern Shark Classic.  They face Minnesota State-Mankato and Lynn Friday before taking on Minnesota-Duluth and Barry Saturday.
