OXFORD, Miss.-Host Ole Miss converted 37 Christian Brothers University turnovers into 51 points as they rolled to a 100-53 win over the Lady Bucs in the first exhibition game for both squads.
HOW IT HAPPENED:• The Lady Bucs remained within single digits for most of the first quarter, closing within 21-14 on an
Erin Wilson (Memphis, Tenn./Overton HS) three-pointer with 1:21 remaining, but the Rebels answered with a 16-0 run and never allowed CBU closer than 21 points again.
KEY STATS:• After missing last season due to an injury,
Samantha Reeves (Somerville, Tenn./Fayette Academy) scored 20 points in 20 minutes, shooting 7-of-9 from the field and 6-of-8 at the free throw line.

Kierra Richardson (Munford, Tenn./Munford HS) added seven points.
• Wilson scored six points with six rebounds.
• CBU shot 34.8 percent (16-of-46) from the floor and 23.5 percent (4-of-17) from three-point range.
• Ole Miss was 44.8 percent (39-of-87) overall.
• The Rebels out-rebounded CBU 51-38, and they forced 37 turnovers while committing 13.
