Falcons Down Bucs 2-0

MONTEVALLO, Ala.-Host Montevallo scored once in each half as they claimed a 2-0 win over the Christian Brothers University Bucs Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• Liam Moore put the Falcons (11-4-0) on the board in the 39th minute as he scored off a feed from Steven Rocca.
• In the 58th minute, Rocca set the final margin as he scored off the rebound after a shot by Sergio Gonzalez was saved by CBU goalkeeper Viktor Hoestbo (Stenloese, Denmark/Oesterhoejskolen).

KEY STATS:
• Montevallo outshot the Bucs (8-7-0) 18-9 for the game, including a 12-4 edge in shots on goal.
• Hoestbo made 10 saves for the Bucs.
