MEMPHIS-Visiting North Alabama hit .447 as they swept the Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs Friday night at Canale Arena.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Lions (22-4, 12-3 GSC) hit .625 in the first set, with 20 kills in 32 attempts. They began to pull away with a four-point run, taking a 17-11 edge on their way to a 25-17 win.
• In the second set, the Lions used an early seven-point run to take an 8-2 lead, and the Lady Bucs (13-12, 8-7) never came closer than four points again as UNA won 25-16.
• UNA took full control with a 13-point run in the third set, turning a 9-8 advantage into a 22-8 edge en route to a 25-10 win to clinch the sweep.
KEY STATS:

Mary Kathryn Miller (Fulton, Ky./Fulton City HS) hit .588 with 12 kills to lead the Lady Bucs.

Emma Lenoir (Chattanooga, Tenn./East Hamilton HS) hit .143 with 10 kills and four digs.

Jessica Reber (Byron, Ill./Byron HS) dished out 28 assists with five digs and three blocks.
