ARKADELPHIA, Ark.-Christian Brothers University sophomore forward Xavi Lao (Barcelona, Spain, Escola Pia Sabadell) scored the golden goal in the 109th minute to lift the Bucs to a 2-1 win at Ouachita Baptist Tuesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• The Bucs (4-2-0) struck first in just the fourth minute, when Djordje Djordjovic (Basin, Serbia/Palanacka Gimnazija) sent a cross to Jake Barrett (Memphis, Tenn./Christian Brothers HS) in the center of the 18-yard box, and Barrett found the net.
• The score remained 1-0 for more than an hour before Ouachita (4-5-0) tied it when Tyler Mouton scored off a Gideon Onguti header in the 76th minute.
• Lao's game-winner came with just over a minute and a half remaining in the final overtime, when he scored off a cross from Dalton Marin (Collierville, Tenn./Collierville HS).

KEY STATS:
• The Tigers out-shot CBU 17-15, but the Bucs held an 8-6 edge in shots on goal.
• Ricardo Lao (Barcelona, Spain/Escola Pia Sabadell) made five saves in recording the victory.
