HEAD COACH SARAH CONDRA'S THOUGHTS:
"It's fun when you score ninety-four. I fell like that also gives them the confidence to know they can win the games. I told them before, forget about the result. One team's going to win and one team's going to lose. It's all about the forty minutes of playing, not at the end of the game. You've got to worry about every possession going into the game and enjoy it and have fun. We're playing basketball, and I think they did today."

"Valdosta is a really good basketball team. It's a tough matchup for us, when they're post-oriented. We're undersized there, but like I've said in the past you can't measure the size of our heart and that was a big deal. I thought we did a decent job, Mitchell for them is an all conference player, but I felt we did a better job in the second half containing her. Shelmesha gave us some huge minutes tonight. You can't look at the stat-line and see it, but she played her tail off and made it tough on her to make points. I was really proud of her effort."

On the pace:
"Our players are trying to wear them down a little bit, but it also wears us down. So it's nice to have another big body and give them some rest."

On Kelsey Adkins' strong performance in limited minutes:
"I told her after the game. Although she didn't get as many minutes tonight as she has in the past few games, her seven minutes tonight were huge. When I looked at the stats at halftime I was like doggone. You know sometimes in the middle of the game I don't process how well kids have played. She had an incredible spark for us and I was pleased with her play. The only complaint I have right now is defensively."

On outscoring VSU 48-28 in points in the paint:
"That was big. I told them yesterday if we can keep them around 30 points in the paint, we'll give ourselves a good chance to win the ball game. I challenged our team knowing they wanted to post us. I said I want to attack them as well and post at the rim instead of the block. I thought they did a tremendous job. When I looked at the end of the game that we held them where we wanted. Then I told them what we did in the paint and they went crazy. I'm proud of them and happy for them. They worked hard and I'm proud of how they bounced back after our game at UNA."

On the toughness of winning on the road:
"We just couldn't get momentum to swing our way at UAH. They'd get up five or six and then we'd crawl back or tie it up. Then at UNA we got worn down in the fourth quarter and gave up a little bit. I challenged them about that and they came out and responded really well today."

SENIOR FORWARD RAFAELLA ANGELIDOU'S THOUGHTS:
On the offensive explosion:
"We scored 94 points after averaging 65, it was great. Everybody proved that they can bring to the table, everybody can score and play defense."

On her story (she and Kenzie Jones were featured in a story on the GSC website Friday):
"My freshman year was in Texas and I struggled a lot. I didn't have the people around me to help me and basketball wise I wasn't happy, so I decided to move to a different school. I came and talked to them and the environment was wonderful. From coaches to teammates, and I also wasn't the only international player. We had four more. By the end of the year I had become close with Kenzie. In the end we came to CBU for a visit and talked to coach. So we put down everything, what offers we had from what schools and I felt being in two different schools for two years I didn't want to move again. For me I knew I had to do something for myself and wanted to have someone with me not wanting to start from zero again. That was one of the big decisions to come here to CBU."

On playing in the new pace:
"It's just been fun. Coach has been saying to just go out and have fun and that's what we've done. That's what you want to do, to win and have fun."

WHAT'S NEXT:
The Lady Bucs return to action Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. as they host West Florida.
