CBU Athletic Hall of Fame Announces Class of 2018

MEMPHIS-The Christian Brothers University Athletic Hall of Fame announces its Class of 2018. Former basketball player, and current head coach, Sarah Condra and former volleyball player Laura Washington Dugan comprise this year's class, which will be inducted in a ceremony Friday, April 13, at 6 p.m. in Sabbatini Lounge. Tickets are $45 each, and a table of eight is $360.

Sarah Condra starred in basketball from 1999 to 2004. She holds CBU's career records for three-pointers made and attempted, three-point percentage and minutes played. She graduated as CBU's career leading scorer, and she currently ranks second. She scored 1,506 pints with 290 rebounds, 196 assists and 114 steals. She ranks seventh in NCAA Division II history with 367 career three-pointers, and she is tied for 23rd in the NCAA all-division record book. A two-time All-GSC selection, she was named to the GSC All-Decade team in 2009, and she led CBU to a 23-7 record and the first NCAA South Regional appearance in school history as a senior. As coach, Condra is third on the school's all-time win list.

Laura Washington Dugan starred in volleyball from 2003 to 2006. She holds CBU's career records in kills, points, kills per set, blocks per set and points per set. She finished her career with 1,676 kills, 462 digs, 378 blocks 108 aces and a .351 hitting percentage. A four-time All-GSC selection, she was the GSC Player of the Year as a junior and was named to the GSC All-Decade Team in 2010. She led CBU to a 23-14 season as a junior, CBU's first 20-win season as an NCAA member. Also strong in the classroom, she was a two-time Academic All-GSC selection.
