LIVINGSTON, Alabama-The Christian Brothers University men's tennis team fell to No. 26 West Alabama 8-1 on Thursday.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Despite close matches at the No. 1 and No. 2 slots, the Bucs exited doubles down three points after dropping both by the score of 8-5. The Bucs' only point of the day came from then No.1 singles slot when
Lorenzo Maccarini (Curitiba, Brazil/Colegio Saber) held off Linus Holthey for a 6-1, 3-6, 6-2 three set victory.
WHAT'S NEXT:
The Bucs will now continue their trip and travel to Pensacola to take on Valdosta State, West Florida. On their return home, the Bucs will stop in Mobile, Al to play Spring Hill for their final match of the season.
