Bucs Draw With Chargers In 2OT Thriller

MEMPHIS- The Christian Brothers University Bucs battled Alabama Huntsville to a scoreless draw in double overtime Friday night at Signaigo Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • Both teams were extremely even throughout the match. The biggest scoring opportunity happened in the 96th minute as the Chargers (4-2-1, 2-0-1 GSC) earned a penalty, but Viktor Hoestbo (Stenloese, Denmark/Oesterhoejskolen) made the save to keep the game alive.
KEY STATS:
  • The Bucs (0-4-1, 0-1-1 GSC) out-shot the Chargers 13-10 for the game, but the Chargers had the 5-4 edge in shots on goal.
