Bucs Earn Shutout Victory Over Union

MEMPHIS - Wayne Davis earned a shuout in his second career start and Jake Donaldson scored his first career goal to help lead the Christian Brothers University men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over Union on Friday night at Signaigo Field.   

HOW IT HAPPENED
 
35' | After forcing three saves from the Union goalkeeper, the Bucs got on the scoreboard when Donaldson fired a shot past the keeper. 
45' | Union had one of its best chances just before the half, but Davis' save kept the score 1-0. 
65' | The Bucs allowed just one shot on goal over the final 25 mintues of the contest.

  • Davis has allowed just one goal in his first 180 minutes as a collegiate goalkeeper.
