MONTEVALLO, Ala. - The Christian Brothers University women's basketball team made a school record 18 three pointers on its way to a 94-86 victory at Montevallo, on Saturday, at the Student Activity Center.
The Lady Bucs have won four straight road games, bringing their record to 7-4 away from Canale Arena. The seven road wins are the most by a CBU team since the 2003-04 team, that advanced to the NCAA Tournament, won 10.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lady Bucs raced out to a 13-0 lead in the first 3:04 of the contest.
- A jumper from Brynne Lytle, with four seconds left, put CBU up 28-13 after the opening 10 minutes.
- CBU won the second quarter 24-23 to take a 52-36 lead into halftime.
- In the third quarter, the Lady Bucs pushed the lead to 25 points, but Montevallo responded with a 10-3 run to cut the deficit to 71-59 after three quarters.
- The Falcons got to within 82-75, in the fourth quarter, but the Lady Bucs were able to hold off the hosts to earn the win.

- CBU finished 31-of-59 from the floor (53 percent), including 18-of-35 from three point range. The 18 three pointers are a school record (14 vs Henderson State-1.24.09).
- The 35 three point attempts are third-most in CBU single game history.
