SEARCY, Ark. – Harding batters recorded 12 runs on 16 hits in a 12-3 victory over the Christian Brothers University baseball team, on Wednesday afternoon at Jerry Moore Field.

- Harding pounded out 16 hits, including six for extra bases.

- The Bucs were outhit 16-11.

Ben Brocato (2-for-5),
Larry Hubbard (2-for-5) and
Garett Reason-Kerkhoff (2-for-4) all recorded multiple hits for the Bucs.
- Brocato, Hubbard and
Luke Wewers drove in one run apiece.
- Hubbard's triple was the lone extra base hit.
- Starting pitcher
Travis Cole allowed two runs, one earned, on six hits in 3.1 innings.

Kyle Raburn took the loss.
KEY PLAYS:
- After Harding put up the first run, in the bottom of the second, Hubbard tied the game at one with an RBI triple.
- With the hosts leading 2-1, after four, the Bucs tied the game on an RBI single by Brocato.
- It was all Harding from there, as it scored the next seven runs in the contest. The Bisons plated four in the fifth and three in the sixth.
- CBU scratched across its final run of the game on the RBI single by Wewers.
- Harding added three runs in the eighth to finish the scoring.
UP NEXT:
The Bucs are scheduled to return to action on Friday, Feb. 21 when they travel to face Delta State. The series was originally scheduled for Saturday-Sunday, but has been moved to Friday-Saturday due to the threat of rain.
