MOBILE, Ala. - The Christian Brothers University women's golf team wrapped up play at the Badger Invitational, on Tuesday, at Magnolia Grove Golf Course. CBU finished the tournament in a tie for fifth place.

The Lady Bucs wrapped up the tournament with a three round total of 991, which is the lowest in program history.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
The Lady Bucs had three players finish in the top 20. 
Katie Shepherd led the Lady Bucs, finishing in a tie for 18th place (81-84-80 - 245 +29). This marks the third top-20 finish of the season for the freshman. 
Lauren Mekalip (84-80-83 - 247 +31) and Sophia Roth (83-85-79 - 247 +31) both finished in 20th place. Roth shot the lowest round of the tournament for CBU, coming home with a final round total of 79.
The 79 for Roth was her lowest round since shooting a 75 at the Full Moon Invitational (9.10-11.2018). 
CBU shot a final round 323, which is the second lowest total for the team since firing a 316 at the Full Moon Invitational (Montevallo - 9.9-10.2019).
