MEMPHIS - The Christian Brothers University women's basketball team outscored visiting Alabama Huntsville 46-29, in the second half, in an 81-69 victory, on Saturday afternoon at Canale Arena.
With the victory, the Lady Bucs snapped a 10-game UAH win streak while earning a sweep of the season series. Before the game, CBU honored its lone senior,
Kelsey Adkins.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The first quarter was evenly played, as neither team lead by more than four points.
- The opening period finished with the game tied at 16.
- UAH led by as many as nine points, in the second quarter, but the Lady Bucs cut the lead to 40-35 at the half.
- CBU doubled up UAH for the opening 7:30 of the third quarter, outscoring the Chargers 18-9.
- The Lady Bucs scored the final five points of the quarter to take a 58-53 lead into the final period.
- CBU opened the fourth quarter on a 17-6 run to open up a 71-59 lead with 6:21 left.
- Both teams scored 10 points the rest of the way to finish the scoring.

- The Lady Bucs finished the second half 18-for-33 from the floor.
- CBU was 15-of-18 from the free throw line.
- The Lady Bucs finished with a season low seven turnovers.
