MEMPHIS – Connor McTeer smacked a walkoff home run to help give the Christian Brothers University baseball team a 6-5 win over Lee, on Saturday afteroon, at Nadicksbernd Field. Lee bounced back to take the nightcap 10-1.
The victory over Lee was the first in program history for the Bucs (1-13).
GAME ONE: CBU 6 (3-11, 1-6 GSC), Lee University 5 (8-7, 1-3 GSC)
GAME CHANGER:
- In the fourth, the Bucs rallied from down 4-0 to cut the deficit to one, using three hits to lead off the inning.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- CBU finished the game with a 12-9 edge in hits.

Jaime Soto led CBU at the plate finishing 3-for-4 with three singles, and a run scored.

Connor McTeer had a multi-hit game, including the walk-off homer in the bottom of the ninth.

Blake Dallas started the game for the Bucs, going seven innings, and allowed five runs, on four hits, with eight strikeouts and three walks.
Hayden Edwards pitched the last two
frames and did not allow a run. three hits.

KEY PLAYS:
- After the Bucs knocked out Flames starter Alex Harper-Cook after 3 2/3 innings, they took advantage, plating three runs in the fourth.
- Kegan Voss tripled in Soto for the first run of the game. He would score later in the inning. CBU also got RBI singles from
