MEMPHIS - The Christian Brothers University men's soccer team clinched a berth in the upcoming Gulf South Conference Tournament, as it shutout in-state rival Union, 2-0, on a cool Thursday night at Signaigo Field.
CBU qualified as the No. 6 seed in the upcoming GSC Tournament, where it will travel to face West Florida. The teams battled to a 3-3 draw on Sunday, Oct. 3.
Before the match, the Bucs honored seven seniors who played their last match at Signaigo Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
5' | Less than five minutes into the match CBU scored the opener, when
Brian Torre struck a free kick from beyond the right side of the box that found its way into the goal.

Chandler O'Dwyer doubled the CBU lead when he pounced on a loose ball after a shot by
Habib Binate.
HALF | The Bucs took a commanding 2-0 lead into halftime, and outshot the visitors 9-4.
FINAL | The Bucs finished the match allowing just two shots over the final 28 minutes.
