HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Christian Brothers University women's basketball team shot just 30 percent in a 72-63 setback to Alabama Huntsville, on Saturday, at
Kelly Court at Spragins Hall.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Lady Bucs hit back-to-back threes to start the game, helping them to tie the game at 10 after the first quarter.
- The Chargers jumped out to a seven point lead early in the second, and outscored CBU 15-11 in the quarter.
- The Chargers lead 25-21 heading into halftime.
- UAH used a 10-1 run to extend the lead to 35-22, but CBU responded with a 9-0 spurt to trail 46-41, after three quarters.
- In the final quarter, UAH went 9-of-16 from the field and 6-of-10 from the free throw line to hold on for the win.
KEY STATS | NOTEABLES:
- The Lady Bucs finished the game just 30 percent from the field (18-for-61), and 19-of-23 (83 percent) from the free-throw line.
- Selena Pruitt, of UAH, finished 9-of-18 with 24 points and 2 steals.
- CBU had a 24-7 advantage in fast break points.
- Brynne Lytle finished with a team high 22 points and 8 rebounds, including a perfect 7-of-7 from the free throw line.
- Darcy Doran finished the game with 13 points (season-high) and 6 rebounds.
- Isabella Jones rounded out the double figure scorers with 10 points and 4 steals.
