HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Lady Bucs trailed early as Union opened on an 11-0 run, but rallied back to trail 26-20 at the end of the first quarter.
- Union picked up where it left off, as it shot 67 percent (10-for-15) in the second, and lead by as many as 15 points.
- Lady Bucs trailed 50-39 at the half.
- The Lady Bulldogs continued their scoring output, especially in the paint, in the third as they lead 70-61 after three quarters.
- In the final quarter, the Lady Bucs cut the deficit to 74-67, but were unable to complete the comeback, as Union held on for the win.
KEY STATS | NOTEABLES:
- Union pounded the ball inside, outscoring CBU 50-16 in the paint.
- The Lady Bucs finished the game 25-for-55 from the field (46 percent), and 10-of-24 (42 percent) from three point range.
- CBU had a 16-6 advantage in second chance points.
