JACKSON, Tenn. - Union scored 12 runs in the final three innings en route to a 12-5 win over the Christian Brothers University softball team, on Sunday, at Fesmire Field.
With the victory, the Lady Bulldogs earned the series sweep.

Union scored 12 runs in the last three innings of the game, including six in the bottom of the sixth.

KEY PLAYS:
CBU got on the board first after taking advantage of a Union miscue and three walks to lead 5-0 after four.
Trailing 5-0 in the fourth, Union answered with two runs after a CBU miscue to cut the lead to 5-2.
In the fifth, Union plated four runs to take a 6-5 lead.
The Lady Bulldogs put CBU away, scoring six runs on three hits in the sixth.
Union reliever, Taylor Manley, retired eight of the last 11 CBU batters to earn her second save of the season.
