EL DORADO, Ark. - The Christian Brothers University men's golf team wrapped up its fall schedule with a fifth place finish at the Arkansas Collegiate, on Tuesday, at Mystic Creek Golf Club.
After starting the tournament tied for second, with a first round total of 305, the Bucs then shot team totals of 319 and 308 to finish play. CBU concluded the the tournament with a three-round total of 932 (+68). Henderson State claimed the team title with a +36 (900).
For the second straight tournament,
Caleb Bopp lead the Bucs as he finished in a tie for seventh place.
The field featured seven teams that advanced to the NCAA regional play last season. The Bucs bested GSC foes Delta State and Mississippi College, and three 2022 NCAA Tournament teams (West Texas A&M, Rogers State, Arkansas Tech, Delta State)
