HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Bucs jumped out to an 11-2 lead 6:30 into the contest. 
  • A Christian Jones three pointer gave the Bucs a 16-8 lead at the midway point of the first half. 
  • CBU took a 31-21 lead into halftime. 
  • The Bucs held Shorter to just 6-of-26 (23 percent) in the first half, including 2-for-14 from three point range. 
  • CBU pushed its lead to 38-26 with 18:24 left. 
  • The Hawks responded with an 11-2 run to cut the lead to 40-37 with 13:26 left. 
  • CBU used a 10-3 spurt to increase the lead back to 10 points with 9:41 remaining.
