- CBU starting pitcher Sam Brumbaugh finished with a career-high six strikeouts.

- In the second, the Bucs capitalized on an error to take a 2-0 lead.
- In the fifth, Union got on the board with Britt Netterville's grand slam to take a 4-2 lead.
- The Bulldogs added a run in the seventh after a Bucs miscue.
