Bucs Drop Extra-Inning Thriller to West Florida

GAME ONE: WEST FLORIDA 12 (8-5, 6-1 GSC), CBU 10 (5-8, 1-3 GSC) (12)
 
GAME CHANGER:
- West Florida scored three runs in the 12th inning after taking advantage of a Bucs miscue.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Argonauts finished the game with a 14-13 advantage in hits.
- Van True led the Bucs with four hits, including three doubles, and five RBI's.
- True's 5 RBI's are the most by a Buc since 4/20/2019 (Jeff Goodwin (5) vs. Auburn Montgomery)
- Ben Brocato, Matthew McDaniel, and Keagan Voss recorded a multi-hit game.
- CBU starting pitcher Travis Cole surrendered seven runs, on ten hits on five innings.

KEY PLAYS:
- West Florida opened the game with five straight hits leading to a 3-0 lead after one.
- The Argonauts combined four four runs in the fourth and fifth innings to take a 7-0 lead.

- After Jarret Fowlkes was caught in a run-down, Alex Meadows stole home in the bottom of the seventh to tie the game at 3.

- The Argonauts have a 6-5 advantage in hits.
- Jarret Fowlkes leads the Bucs with two hits.
- Kelton Castillo, Antonio Fernandez, and Alex Meadows each recorded a hit.
- CBU starting pitcher Sam Brumbaugh surrendered two runs, one earned, on four hits, in 5.0 innings. He also racked up a career-high six strikeouts.
- Relief pitcher, Jackson Ryan, has struckout four of the eight hitters he has faced. 

KEY PLAYS:
- The Argonauts got on the board in the third after a Bucs miscue and fielder's-choice to take a 2-0 lead.
