MONTEVALLO, Ala. - Montevallo scored in the 63rd minute and held on for a 1-0 win over the Christian Brothers University men's soccer team, on Friday night, at Varsity Field. 

FINAL SCORE:
UM 1 (3-0-3, 2-0 GSC)
CBU 0 (4-2-1, 1-2 GSC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:
HALF | A scoreless opening 45 minutes saw the Bucs finished with a 6-5 advantage in shots. CBU had the lone shot on goal in the first half. 
63' | Edorta Cabieces Sanz scored what proved to be the match-winner, when he took a long pass from Salvador Plaza and slipped a shot past the goalkeeper.
FINAL | CBU had two shots on goal, in the final 10 minutes, but was unable to find the equalizer.
