LIVINGSTON, Ala. - West Alabama scored a pair of unanswered goals, in the first half, and held on for a 2-1 victory over the Christian Brothers University women's soccer team, on Friday evening at Tiger Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
6' | CBU took an early lead when
Cheyenne Smith scored on a long range shot, from just over 40 yards out, that beat the UWA goalkeeper.
7' | The Tigers scored less than one minute later when Dana Cruz used some slick dribbling, before turning and firing a shot into the top left corner.
29' | UWA scored what proved to be the game-winner when Cruz converted a penalty kick.
HALF | CBU finished the first half with a 5-4 lead in shots.
FINAL | The Lady Bucs managed three shots, in the final 11 minutes, but were unable to find an equalizer.
