Lady Bucs Draw with UAH

MEMPHIS - The Christian Brothers University women's soccer team earned a 2-2 draw against Alabama Huntsville, on Friday evening, at Signaigo Field. The result snapped a three-match skid for CBU.

CBU 1 (3-5-3, 1-4-1, GSC)
UAH 1 (5-3-2, 3-2-2, GSC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:
18' | Mya Gargone got CBU on the scoreboard when she took a pass from Cammie Jernigan and fired a shot into the bottom right corner. 
18' | The Chargers answered less than one minute later on a long-range shot by Jayla Gillespie.  
HALF | Both teams finished the opening half with eight shots and three shots on target.
51' | Chloe Hillyer helped keep the match tied at one after making a diving save on a UAH free kick from inside the box.  
59' | Flavia Iorio gave CBU a 2-1 lead after heading home a corner kick from Jernigan. 
68' | UAH equalized less than 10 minutes later when Maria Jansen slipped past the CBU defense, and placed a shot into the goal after getting past a diving Hillyer. 
90' | The teams combined for just two shots on goal for the remainder of the match.
