HOW IT HAPPENED
- A free throw from Isabella Jones gave CBU a 10-9 lead at the midway point of the first quarter.
- The Lady Bucs scored the last three points of the period to take a 21-15 lead.
- CBU took advantage of 14 first quarter free throw attempts, with nine makes.
- The teams combined for just 9-29 from the floor, in the second quarter, as CBU took a 35-29 lead into halftime.
- A layup by Kallie Searcy put CBU up 41-33, with 6:50 left in the third quarter.
- The hosts used a 14-6 run to tie the contest at 47, heading into the final period.
- MC scored seven of the first nine points, to open the fourth quarter, giving it a 54-49 lead.
- With CBU trailing 63-59, with 36 seconds left, Ever Walker knocked down a three pointer to cut the lead to one.
