ALBERTVILLE, Ala. - The Christian Brothers University softball team opened the UAH Charger Chillout with a 25-2 (5) thumping of Kentucky Wesleyan, on Friday evening, at Sand Mountain Park.
The Lady Bucs scored 17 runs in the first two innings of the contest, including nine in the opening frame. The 2-1 start for CBU ties its best start to the season since 2017.

The Lady Bucs scored nine runs in the opening frame, sending 13 batters to the plate.
