MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Christian Brothers University softball team fell 8-0 (6) to Auburn Montgomery in the series finale, on Sunday afternoon, at the AUM Softball Complex.

GAME CHANGER:
AUM starting pitcher Syndi Free allowed just two hits in six innings.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Lady Bucs were outhit 11-2.
- Cara Alexander and Ashlynn Smith had the hits for CBU.
- AUM took advantage of six stolen bases.
- CBU committed a pair of errors, allowing AUM to score three unearned runs.
KEY PLAYS:
AUM took advantage of a CBU miscue to take a 1-0 lead in the first.
The Warhawks used an RBI groundout to double their lead in the third.
AUM plated three runs in the fifth to take control of the contest.
The hosts finished the game with two in the fifth and one in the sixth.
