CLEVELAND, Tenn. – The Christian Brothers University baseball team dropped a pair of contests to Lee University, on Saturday afternoon, at Larry Carpenter Stadium. The Flames held on to take the opener 19-9 and hit its way to a 28-10 win in game two.
GAME ONE: LEE 19 (20-8, 9-4 GSC) CBU 9 (12-17, 5-11 GSC)
GAME CHANGER:
The Flames hit away in the eighth inning to secure the eight inning victory.

The Bucs jumped out to an 8-0 lead in the first inning led by a Cory Steinhauer RBI single.
The Flames tied the game up in the fifth inning at 8-8.
CBU would add one more run in the seventh inning to conclude their scoring.
Lee continued to score runs, securing the eight inning victory 19-9.
GAME TWO: LEE 28 (21-8, 10-4 GSC) CBU 10 (12-18, 5-12 GSC)

The Flames scored multiple runs in each frame to earn the win.
